About Me

My journey from growing up in the beautiful natural environment of the pacific northwest to the vibrant world of documentary filmmaking has been deeply connected to my passion for both the environment and storytelling. During my time at Loyola Marymount University receiving a degree in Film and Television Production I found a way to align my professional pursuit of storytelling with my personal interests of environmentalism through documentaries.

My background in environmental studies and focus on documentary filmmaking creates a unique and powerful combination. The ability to explore and communicate important environmental issues through film not only allows me to capture the beauty and complexity of the natural world but also helps raise awareness and inspire change.

I approach filmmaking thoughtfully, where every choice, from the stories I tell to the footprint of my production, is guided by my values and passions. My work is driven by a genuine desire to connect people with the world around them in meaningful ways.

Outside of my love for filmmaking, I am an avid hiker and backpacker. I love working with children, especially coaching youth sports, and I enjoy hobbies such as reading and ballet.
